Schedule for our Photo Adventure Workshops in Alaska in 2025 June 9-18th, 2025 Arrival Flight: June 9th, 2025 / Departing Flight June 18th, 2025

*** You will need to fly into and out of Anchorage, Alaska (see below)

Arrive to Anchorage, Alaska on June 9th, 2025.

Depart from Anchorage, Alaska on June 18th, 2025.

KENAI FJORDS

ITINERARY

DAY 1: 9 June - ARRIVAL IN ANCHORAGE

Arrive in Anchorage on June 9th.

Stay overnight in hotel (Client is responsible to pay hotel room).

DAY 2: 10 June - BOARD TRAIN TO WHITTIER

Board Train to Whittier on the morning of the 10th.

(Client pays train ticket , Approx. $120.00 to $220.00 per person)

Board Boat in Whittier @ 1-2pm  

Travel the route through several Fjords and stops along the way aside glaciers.

Possibilities of seeing the following: 

Black Bears, Harbor Seals, Otters, Orcas, Humpback Whales, Sea Lions, Dall’s Porpoise, Mountain Goats, Puffins, many shorebirds, Eagles, Common Muir, and much more!

DAY 2 - 9: 10 June - 17 June CONTINUE TRAVEL THROUGH FJORDS

DAY 9: 17 June ARRIVAL in SEWARD

We will arrive in Seward on the 17th and board the Alaska train back to Anchorage.

(Client is responsible to pay own train ticket  $120.00 to $220.00 Per person)

Approximately a 4 1/2 hour, very scenic train ride.

Estimated arrival at 10:30 pm in Anchorage.

Overnight stay in Anchorage at hotel. 

Client is responsible for hotel room that night in Anchorage.

DAY 10: 18 June DEPARTURE FLIGHT FROM ANCHORAGE

We fly home June 18th.

$6,795 per person

All rooms are shared by 2 guests.

Deposit: $3,500 / person upon registration

(Deposit is non-refundable)

(We advise strongly to purchase travel insurance)

Final payment due 120 days before our departure date.

Balance Due: March 6, 2025

Side Note: Need to be able to hike at least a 1/2 mile in dirt or sand.

Non-refundable deposit.

What's Included

Lodging throughout the photo tour workshops as outlined in Schedule - includes all nights aboard yacht. If you arrive early you may be able to stay earlier or later but your package only includes the nights for the workshop on the yacht (not hotel stays prior and post boat tour).

• Lodging through the workshop - aboard a private yacht

• Meals aboard the yacht

• Transport from boat to shore during workshop

What's Not Included

• Flights or transportation to Anchorage, Alaska.

• Airline Fees to Anchorage, Alaska / Insurance / Passports / Personal Expenses

• Overnight stay in Anchorage on 1st and last night of workshop.

• Train ticket from Anchorage to Whittier (approx. $120-$220/person)

• Train ticket from Seward to Anchorage (approx. $120-$220/person)

• Alcoholic beverages

• Excessive baggage fees

• Gratuities: Suggested Gratuities are: $25 per day per person for boat captain - $10 per day per person for Cook

• Any additional tours, activities, etc. not expressly mentioned in the workshop.

• Any additional nights accommodations that take place beyond the time frame of the workshop dates other than mentioned above

• Laundry (there is an on-site facility)

• Any emergency services, if necessary.

• Any meals outside of those mentioned above.
